I like that you get both gold and silver colors. My daughter prefers silver, but I prefer gold so we can share this. The little pieces are easily bendable, but be gentle because if you squeeze or bend too much they will be too damaged to use again.I think it takes a little big of time playing with how large of a braid to make in order to get these to stay. We found we needed a bigger braid than we thought. I should also note that we are Caucasian so it is possible different ethnicities will have differences in how well these stay in the hair.I think they would be find in a man’s long beard hair as well.Also, the little extra snake pieces are really nice and fun.
