Vintage-style greeting card for book lovers. Adapted from The Circulating Library, George Spratt (1830). Hand-coloured aquatint, one of a series of drawings of people composed of objects which represent their personalities or professions. The woman is fashioned from runs of multivolume works with botanical illustrations. 170mm x 120mm. Blank inside. Individually wrapped in a compostable bag, with a 120gsm recycled kraft envelope.
