A completely natural fine calcium carbonate powder which is easy to digest, suitable for daily feeding and all species of reptile and amphibian. Calcium is vital for bone growth and maintenance, muscle function and metabolism. Remember that to enable your animal to utilise calcium from its diet, it needs exposure to appropriate levels of UVB light or dietary Vitamin D3 or both. To feed as an insect duster, place a small amount of calcium in a bag along with the insects and shake to coat them evenly and then feed to your reptile immediately. Alternatively use as a sprinkle by lightly coating meat, vegetables and fruits before feeding immediately.
